Prior to Nitro Pro 11 we were also having an alarming rate of cart abandonment and negative feedback from SDR’s and AE’s due to customer confusion about what pricing package they needed. So we needed to look into fixing the pricing page.
After evaluating the pricing page, we came to the conclusion that we needed to reorganize and simplify the language. We developed 2 different versions, one with 3 pricing options and the other with 4. After A/B testing these against each other we saw that cart abandonment and conversion rates improved greatly with 3 options.
